1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the m89 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you automatically accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use m89 services, you must meet the following requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at m89. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• If the bonus wagering requirement has not been met, withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted until the requirement is fulfilled.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Members may also close their own account by contacting the support team. After closure, any valid remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that do not meet the requirements) will be returned within 5 to 7 business days.

9 Liability Limits

M89 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Data loss due to device failure or the user's internet connection.
• Betting or game outcomes disputed by a member.
• Unauthorized third-party access to an account due to the member's negligence in maintaining account security.

M89's maximum liability to any member in any situation shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
